Nearby are Khreshchatyk, Bessarabian market, Olympic stadium, Central Synagogue, Gulliver and Mandarin shopping centers - Plaza, Alexandrovskaya hospital. Near the house there are two metro stations - Ukrainian Heroes Square and Sports Palace. The house has no elevator!
