We are located in 'Huangpu New Village' in Fengshan, Kaohsiung, which is Taiwan's first fully preserved military dependents' village.Today, with only a dozen or so remaining out of the 886 military dependents' villages across Taiwan, we are carefully preserving this old Japanese-style building through our 'Living through Care' programme.The wooden structure inside the house is simple and elegant, and the original layout has not been significantly altered. The Japanese-style space and craftsmanship of the past have been restored, allowing you to personally experience life in the former military family housing area, as if you had travelled back in time. 'We all shine, like the light of the night sky and the light of day.' This is our original intention, and it is also the wish we want to share with every traveller.We firmly believe that every traveller shines in their own way. There are all kinds of supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and snacks nearby, and the living functions are very complete. The room has a simple kitchen and washing machine for your convenience for a multi-day stay. Our apartment is not luxuriously equipped, but we care about cleanliness and comfort. Although the homestay is located in a quiet side street, it is about a 3–5-minute walk to the lively neighbourhood.Nearby amenities are convenient for daily living. Veterans General Hospital, a bus stop, a pharmacy, PX Mart, a local supermarket, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a variety of street food stalls and shops are all within walking distance. The only minor inconvenience was that the homestay did not provide a car parking space.If you are coming by car, we kindly request that you park your vehicle within the white lines on the roadside or use the car park provided by the Veterans Hospital. Basically, there is only one group of guests at a time, so there is no lock on the room door, if you can't really accept that you can't lock the door, I'm sorry, I can't provide you with any service in this listing, so you can choose another quality host to provide you with the service you need, thank you for your understanding!

Fuxiao Building is located in a 6th floor elevator apartment, close to Hengchun Old Street, next to a shopping mall and market, and easy to park.
