The cottage is suitable for families, couples looking for peace, small groups, nature lovers, cycling, hiking or fishing. The cottage is not suitable for noisy celebrations and parties.

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent out our motorboat, which anyone can drive. Dogs are welcome.

A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

The building is located in a very quiet place without houses and cottages in the vicinity, which ensures maximum privacy and relaxation. With a private entrance directly from the street, you can get to your kingdom with a comfortable bed (180cm), a sofa bed (120cm) that can be used as an additional place to sleep. You can spend a long time with O2 TV or playing board games. The window is into the road, but we have high quality windows, so if you don't have hearing as a lynx, you'll sleep in peace even if there's an outdoor concert in the pub opposite.
