On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant calm on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outside, there is a jacuzzi that is 38 degrees year-round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter, we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

Finn olika aktiviteter; som att vandra efter älven, vandra i skogen och upp på ett berg med utsikt över havet. Eller på närliggande 5-stjärniga Byske Vardagsrum under dagen och sovrum på natten. Det betyder att det det är ett rum med bäddsoffa. Intill finns det en Friggbod med 2 90x200 sängar.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Our cottage is located on the edge of the forest, directly by the sea, in the small holiday home area of Hällskatan, south of Jävre. From the cottage and the large balcony, you have a lovely view over the water. Enjoy the tranquility of the beach directly below the cottage, or in the sauna with a fantastic view and an evening by the cozy fireplace. Booking for a minimum of 3 nights.
