Big seasonal (summer) complex pool, newly renovated 10 person hot tub (open year round), sauna, near town shuttle, RFTA bus to Aspen across street, 2 resvd pking spots, new W/D. ONE DOG per rental-3 years and older. NO cats. FOUR OVERNIGHT GUESTS per HOA rules unless age 5 & under. 30+ day rentals are tax free in CO.

Great condo in snowmass pool hot tubs and work out room with sauna ! FANTASTC LOCATION! Only a 2min walk to slopes, Free bus to Aspen, mall with shopping and restaurants. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the Rocky Mountains .Nature trails are a short walk out the door. Free parking during the spring ,summer and fall and a small daily fee during the winter months.Mall and free bus is only 1easy block! ski locker on the main level so no need to lug equipment up the stairs 3 rd floor views!
