Ideally located in Merville-Franceville-Plage, this pretty house renovated this winter allows a stay of up to 8 people. It only takes a 10-minute walk to enjoy the benefits of the beach and reach the shopping avenue. It is also a centralized starting point for your discoveries of the Bay of Sallenelles, Cabourg or historic sites such as the Batterie de Merville or the Pegasus Bridge Memorial.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.

My property is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
