Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Our gîte "Les Mouettes Qui Caquètent" (The Cackling Seagulls) is located near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. We welcome you year-round. You can book for a weekend, a short stay, or longer. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.

Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.
