Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 2min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Walking distance from anything you might need (Bus stop, super market, coffee, restaurant, car/bike rental, bar etc) In the apartment you will find a coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer and wi-fi Sheets, towels and all other utensils, are sterilized and cleaned as per the ministry of health instructions, to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.
