The pellet fireplace and heating in the bathroom ensure a warm atmosphere to enjoy the house in winter too. It has 2,300m2 of private land.

The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.
