Apartamento perfecto para disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones en Platja d'Aro. A 8 minutos andado de la mejores Calas y a 14 minutos del centro. Tenemos disponible el acceso a una piscina comunitaria a 3 minutos andando en otro complejo. Nuestro apartamento está compuesto por 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, terraza de 60m2 y comedor con cocina americana. Todo recién reformado. Disponemos de parking privado en el mismo recinto y un parque muy grande enfrente para la diversión de los pequeños :)

Appartement t3 de 60m2 + terrasse avec vue spectaculaire sur la baie de San Pol à S'Agaro et situé au bord du chemin de ronde qui mène à la plage ( plage à 10 minutes à pieds par la route et 20 minutes par le chemin de ronde bordant les criques). Au 3ème étage sur 4 avec ascenseur, il a été intégralement refait et meublé avec des éléments neufs et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire (tv, wifi, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge....). Un parking communautaire est à partager avec les autres résidents.
