GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN CARTAGENA!!!

One bedroom apartment with an amazing view on the 20th floor. Located less than 10 min. away (by taxi) from the Old City, and around the building you can find tons of places to eat or drink anything you want… It's your perfect hub for your next visit to Cartagena! The building has a 24/7 concierge and an outdoor swimming pool (as well as another one for kids) as well as sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Please keep in mind that only registered guests are allowed to access the building.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a stylish chair, with large windows that offer a panoramic view of the bay. Two ceiling fans circulate air, and the decor includes tropical plants. Natural light brightens the space, complemented by neutral-toned walls.

Nearby restaurants, malls, supermarkets, a couple of blocks away from the beach and only 5 min away from Cartagena's historical center (by car). Equipped with brand new furniture and appliances, so that you feel at home. The building has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, 4 elevators, parking I regret to inform the pool will be closed from August 18th to october 31th 2026.

Moderno y cómodo apartamento frente a las playas de Bocagrande, con espectacular vista al mar y al centro histórico. Las visitas random no son permitidas. Lo que sí se puede hacer es registrar a tus invitados como huéspedes antes que empiece la reserva y así sí podrían ingresar como si fueran huéspedes también. las políticas del edificio no permiten ingreso a personas que no son huéspedes.
