Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Dominicus

The house in the cove (the Roman one) is exactly in the photos posted, it has a very well maintained pool and its jacuzzi, the house is as a whole closed which gives us security. Good accommodation to go to bayahibe and enjoy Saona Island only 20 minutes by car.

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

Another Unforgettable Stay at Playa Minitas 4! This was our second time staying at Playa Minitas 4 Villa in Casa de Campo, La Romana—and once again, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully maintained, luxurious oasis that felt like a true home away from home. Drew, the villa owner, was exceptional as always—ensuring the booking process was seamless and offering us the option to rent the six-passenger golf cart, which was in pristine condition and incredibly convenient for exploring the property. Rolando, the house manager, continues to be a gem. Prior to our arrival, he stocked the refrigerator and pantry with all of our requested items so we were fully set up to relax the moment we walked through the door. The villa staff were phenomenal—preparing delicious breakfasts and dinners daily with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that made each meal feel like a special occasion. We are already planning our return.

We had a great time at the property. These are two studios, which work perfectly independently (both with their bathroom, balcony and kitchen) that communicate with a door. The balconies face the back, but I liked it because there is a big tree that brings a lot of privacy and it's very quiet to read. Cristina was very friendly and the instructions were clear and detailed. The place is ideal for children, with a water park that opens on weekends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I would only recommend being careful with the bathroom floor tiles, which are very smooth and our daughter slipped.

We stayed 3 nights staying in Arturo's apartment. It is a spacious and very beautiful place. We fell in love with its patio and great view. It is located walking distance to Dominicus beach. Both Arturo and his mother helped us in everything we need, they are very good people who will facilitate everything in their reach to make your vacation perfect. On our return to Dominicus we will not hesitate to stay at Arturo's apartment again. Thank you very much for everything

The apt is cozy, very clean, cute, a first floor, you can walk in nature. I loved it. It's close to Altos de Chavón, so you can enjoy the restaurants that are in the area, like a market. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is impeccable, as in the images. Have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. With her host Piotr we were in touch before and during the same, responding to every concern or request being very accurate and friendly in their recommendations. We had an excellent experience with a lot of eagerness to visit the complex and its location again, Dominicus being a heavenly place. Only words of thanks remain for Piotr and for their contacts who offered us with professionalism and cordiality the efforts we needed.

This place is wonderful if you’re looking to get away for the city and the noise. It is very calm and tranquil. The beach is around a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend to bring water shoes if you’re going in the water because there are many rocks in the beach. Also, the place is still under construction so look out for noise during the day. I would love to come back once the residential y fully done. I had a great time and definitely was free of stress during my stay. The host is very responsive to all messages.

Exceptional option for exploring the Bayahibe area. We absolutely loved the pool area. Bersaida gave us so many great options for the area. We so appreciated all the help! We will definitely return.

The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay—a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers, pots, pans, and even a blender, which I used often to make smoothies from the fresh fruit sold just outside the resort twice a week. Everything was clean, functional, and made us feel right at home. Internet is very fast. Air conditioners working very well. Outside, Cadaqués is just stunning. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. You can even buy freshly caught fish right on the beach every day, which made for some amazing meals. Giovanni and Katia were amazing hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local groceries and restaurants. They made us feel less like guests and more like family friends staying in their home.

Very nice, I would definitely stay again

Cristina's place was just great. It was spacious, clean, very well equipped with many small details such as sufficient kitchen utensils, shower gel, hand soap, enough towels and beach towels and much more. The apartment was also lovingly decorated and felt right at home. The living area was unique. Beautifully landscaped with lots of green, magnificent pools, very well maintained, safe and quiet. In a few minutes' walk you could reach restaurants, cafes and mini markets. We had a wonderful stay. When we travel to Dominicus again we will definitely book Cristina's apartment again.

Place was great location for my taste not so good at night on weekends music is very loud so if you are a light sleeper like me this will be very inconvenient because you won’t be able to sleep on weekends due to all the festivities going on at Altos de Chavon. But if that’s something your okay with place is great really love it.

Draper's place is in a great location with all you need from an apartment. The well equipped kitchen meant that we could prepare breakfast and lunch easily which worked with our diving schedule. The apartment was really comfortable with friendly and helpful neighbours too. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Thank you Draper. The apartment and the Bayahibe experience made it one of our best ever holidays!!! Hope to come back to DR soon.

The apartment is very clean, organized and with all necessary amenities. It's one of the best apartments in the place. The complex is quiet, private, with one of the best beaches in the area. Aleida is great, friendly, super quick to respond, provided all information for access to the complex and apartment in a timely manner.

Such a beautiful place with all the needed amenities for cooking/eating. The host was kind and helpful. There were vintage arcade games as well as a pool table and cutely decorated rooftop terrace. The whole vibe there was boho chic and so relaxing. The security helped me with my bags when arriving/leaving. Tips are encouraged & helpful to them. There is a clicker for the gate once you get in the apartment. When you 1st arrive just stop at the entrance & scream “watchiman” and they will come. I felt safe and if you don’t have a car there are stores/restaurants/beach in walking distance. They also have delivery service cards to local places to get food/drinks/snacks. I was able to wash all my clothes since this was my last Airbnb of my trip. I LOVED this place. I would most def return again.
