The Studio, Quintay

Winding your way through the dusty roads of the fishing village of Quintay you will come across “The Studio.” Situated on a cliff top with views of the Pacific Ocean, the hills of Curauma and the Caleta of Quintay. The intimate self contained studio sleeps two with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, double bed, living and dining area. Sheets and towels are provided. You will have your own private deck overlooking the ocean where you can eat alfresco and watch spectacular sunsets.

Adapted for families, it creates unforgettable memories in this unique home on the first line of the sea, maintaining all the style of the Grey Loft and the Red Loft, but in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
