Located 50 meters from the sea. Very close to the historic center and tourist areas full of restaurants, markets and many attractions. A city with nightlife and cultural activity, traditional festivals (such as Carnival) and places of interest (rural villages, etc.). Very close to the carnival area.

La Casa Del Capitan is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled . It has six apartments that were named after my favorite islands in Mexico. Isla Espíritu Santo is a two bedroom with a kitchen and 2 1/2 bath. It features a beautiful marble table, wooden furniture, and leather couches .This apartment is on the third floor and has two sets of steps. Below is a barbecue and pool area. The best part It’s just a block from the beach and has an amazing view of the beach and Olas Altas.

Within walking distance are the beach, Historic Center, restaurants, convenience and department stores, 24-hour pharmacy, laundry, churches, etc. Guests with limited mobility are not accepted.
