Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa

We came to visit family and decided to here because it was close to everything. I will definitely book again when i come back. Bryan was very responsive. He sent photos and let me know how to excess the apartment and where to park. Thank you so much for making are stay so comfortable.

Julio's place was beautiful. Had everything to cook, chill or just have a calming and restful experience. The highlight was the small pool just in front of the sea. We stayed during the island's general blackout. The hosts were extremely responsive and called a mechanic who turned the power plant on for us. We never felt we were under a blackout. Extremely appreciative of the fast response.

The house is more beautiful in person, and feels larger than in the pictures. Check in and check out was seamless. Julio was very responsive, proactive, and friendly host. We stayed in the house during one of Puerto Ricos largest blackout, and the house energy generator worked very well, we had zero problems with that. Overall me and my family had a great time, and my children had a lot of fun in the shallow beach in front of the house. We spotted different species of fishes and crabs in the mornings. I would definitely stay in the house again.

The house was perfect for our annual trip to Borikén. Great location near the highways and with proximity to pharmacies, groceries, restaurants, fast food, gasoline, and a delicious bakery. Located on a nice quiet street and the backyard was an oasis of peace. We rested in the hammocks for hours! Wonderful and highly responsive host.

Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful. The property overall is a bit older but a historically well persevered property, spacious and, comfortable and in an incredible location. There was an island wide blackout during our stay, and Carlos was very hospitable and genuinely friendly while he helped us resolve issues with the generator and the electricity. I appreciated his local recommendations of restaurants as well. Would highly recommend if you want a genuine experience in Ponce!

Very welcoming and perfect location. Many things to do within walking distance. The home & property itself was well maintained and the backyard was definitely a huge plus being able to sit and enjoy your own oasis outside. The owners were very responsive and hospitable. Will definitely be booking their home again in the future
