The apartment is located in the commercial area just steps from the best beach in the north of the island. Also very close to the best warehouses and restaurants. At night it is a quiet and safe place, far from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled. It has two air-conditioned rooms, two full bathrooms (with shower), living room, dining room and a small kitchen fully equipped.

Apartamento céntrico en pleno zona comercial, sector seguro, a tan solo a 300 Mts de las playas del centro o Spratt Bight, ambiente muy familiar. No requieres de transportes para movilizarse en el centro ni para ir hacia las playas. Estamos para servirles y ayudarles para que su estadía sea amena y placentero. Tenemos cerca los supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías y bancos de muy fácil acceso.

Exclusive and for brand new. Close to beaches

This unique place has its own style. The apartment is brand new and is very cozy and modern. Great for families, or a group of friends, or couples. It has a balcony and ocean views. The building has a 24-hour reception, and jaccuzy on the top floor of the building. The spratt bight beaches are only a 3 minute walk from the building, and also from the "I love San Andres" sign.
