Con facil acceso a las ciudades de Chimbote y Casna.Todo el Balneario de Tortugas tiene un abastecimiento de agua mediante camiones cisternas , Lacasa cuenta con dos tanques de agua de 1250 litros cada uno suficiente para abastecer las necesidades por una semana, se entrega con los dos tanques llenos , mayor consumo por cuenta del cliente.
