“Jane's cottage exceeded my expectations! It's adorable, like being in a live-in dollhouse. I loved having an entire house to myself. The cottage is from the turn of the last century, and the historic details are wonderful. I loved the door/closet handles and locks, the beams in the living room, the front porch with chairs, plus all the modern amenities. Central air conditioning that was perfectly quiet and as cold as I wanted, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water - just be sure to use the grab bar behind the shower curtain, as the claw foot tub/shower is very deep - plenty of storage space, extra bathroom items, and a fully stocked kitchen with multiple options to make coffee (yay!) and tea. Strong WiFi. Jane is a wonderful host. I had ordered a delivery of groceries from Publix, which arrived at the house before I did. Jane kindly received the order and put away all my food - thank you! There was a basket of fresh fruit when I arrived, and bottles of water, plus plenty of information about things to do in the area. Jane also provides beach chairs. The property has beautiful orchids and trees, and is amazingly quiet. It's walking distance to the bridge over the Indian River, where I saw a manatee and dolphins. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, with other historic homes and stores/restaurants within walking distance. You can even see rocket launches from the front yard over the trees! I highly recommend Jane's cottage, and hope to be back soon.”
