Towels & bedlinen included & tea, coffee, coffee pods, toilet roll & milk for your first day. The sofa pulls out to provide another double bed. Walking distance to CAE & Roche.

Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

We have a light and comfortable studio apartment with great views and amazing countryside walks just waiting for your arrival! Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.
