Beautiful new cottage adapted for 6 people with bathroom and kitchen. Fully equipped. There are 2 rooms upstairs. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette (large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker), and a bathroom. Free parking, barbecues, a separate fire pit, bicycles and attractions for children (trampoline, sandbox, playground, etc.) are available. The cottage is located 1700 m from the sea in a quiet part of Pogorzelica (about 15 min walk, 3 min by car).

Built as one of the first holiday homes in Pobierowo during the period when the holidays meant a small fiat trip to Bulgaria or just to the Polish sea. A few generations of our family rested here, enjoying the sun, the sea, and the garden we didn't have in the city. Today, we're making a new home accessible by a modern tourist.
