An intimate 30-meter cottage on a fenced-in plot. The open-plan cottage has a seating and bedroom area, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The cottage is heated by a fireplace and air conditioning. A big advantage are cascading terraces from which the view overlooks the lake. There is a hot tub and a garden ball next to the house.
