Very comfortable and well-equipped house. The great price of Airbnb is to find accommodations that have already been resided by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Mariely is an amazing person, who conveys all this affection, care and concern in the accommodation that it offers on the platform.

Alessandro was always very helpful and attentive. The house is a delight, excellent place to rest and enjoy with the family.

Everything is excellent, space, region, neighborhood, cleanliness and organization. It's already the second time we've hosted, soon there will be the next. Super recommended, it's close to the center.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

The stay was very quiet. The backyard is very nice and the accommodations are comfortable. Perfect for a couple!Leonardo always very willing, friendly and responds very quickly to messages. He took my questions about the local tours and gave me great tips! If we go back to Pocos de Caldas, we would be there again!

very beautiful place, comfortable house, beautiful sunset and dawn. Patrícia was very friendly giving us tips from the region. We made the white stone trail (beautiful place) and we know several wineries in the region. The only problem is that there is no cellular signal (of course), only in Pocinhos, which makes it difficult to plan the tours.

Bianca is a great host, very helpful, super accessible. She helped me with questions about Uber and others. The house is impeccable, super clean, super attentive condominium employee and the location is great.

Camila's apartment is delicious. Arejado, the view is beautiful, quiet. We love our stay! Camila is very attentive, relaxed the checkout, was always present to any questions or requests from us. It's quick to go downtown, very quiet. It has a large pros Pets space, the Luck, our golden, loved it. I also consider a very positive point, the fact that we only found very nice people in the condominium, including the employees. It was worth it! We hope to come back again.

I just found it a little small, but it was great, my boys loved it, especially the pool, which was covered and was open until later, everyone was very nice, the building is a bit old, but the loft is great, very well organized, I recommend it

The stay was very good. Eliana is a great host. Since we stayed a month, it didn't include towels or bed linen - but when we asked Eliana, she came to deliver them that same night. She left clear instructions and the apartment is identical to the photos. We used the co-working space, the gym and the washer and dryer. You have to pay R$12 to wash and R$12 to dry. It's easy to schedule the machines and it takes about 40 minutes each. There is no way to dry clothes inside the apartment so you need to use the dryer. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It was a little cold and once they weren't clean. It appears that most people in the building are from Airbnb or similar. The location was excellent. We did everything on foot. Thanks Eliana!

This was the second time I stayed and it was all according to what I needed.

The studio is very pleasant, with quality bedding and towels, large and comfortable bed, cold air and good shower. Kitchen was also complete. The only bad part was sleeping with the noise they were making in the building next door (it was Saturday and rolled late).

Very good condominium, various leisure options, including recreation for children on vacation. Great location. large and new apartment. I missed a clothesline, the shower could be more modern, and the bedding that you bring needs to be a king size bed.

Very functional apartment, new furniture and appliances, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, bamboo cutting boards, beds and mattresses in good condition, good elevators, facial recognition system for access, electronic lock and what is hard to find, a great parking space! Distant walking distance from the central area, wide sidewalks and clean streets. Congratulations Laís for the quality of the property and its readiness and cordiality! Highly recommend!

The house is wonderful, air-conditioned pool, large hot tub, bocce court and big soccer field, well-lit at night, 4 very large bedrooms, we were with a group of 13 adults and some children and the stay was great, the house accommodated them all very well, comfortable beds, ping-pong table, fobolim, large barbecue aerial with tables and chairs, the house is amazing!

Great stay, clean and organized apartment, equipped kitchen and utensils available, good location, we were able to get around well using Uber and Pop, host recommended great places, was flexible at checkin. I recommend it.

We stayed in the carnival period..we love the space.. extremely clean and sanitized.. organized mto.. really a large staircase..as we are used to exercises nothing has disturbed us.. a suggestion.. would put a shower on the outside because the space is very nice to sun soak .. Amamos the site is exactly as described.. We will return for sure.. communication with the owner was effective mto.. Grata.

I felt at home, I loved spending the weekend there. The place was very clean and organized, the same in the photos. Parking is a little tricky, but nothing spoils the stay. Roberta left very clear instructions about the check in so it was super smooth to enter. Super recommend the space.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining armchairs. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable bedding. It has 4 bathrooms. Gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The faucets have heated and cold water. The dining room has a large 8-seater table. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very nice. We were in 6 adults and 1 children and we were comfortable installed. I recommend and will return with my family more often.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. All clear. Simple towels and bed linen and cleanlies. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a good view of the upstairs window. It was easy to get to the Zoo of the Birds. We highly recommend!
