Extremely atmospheric place, proximity to nature, space, great views. Blissful peace and quiet. A ready spot for a bonfire. Undoubtedly, a house with a soul, located in a total remote area, but it has everything you need: spring water, good heating, hot water, electricity. Access is a pretty bumpy gravel road (which has its charm), but you can drive a car with caution. Friendly owners who run a shop with mouthwatering cheeses and other local products. A place to come back to.

This was our second time staying at Agnieszka and Bartek's place, which should already tell anyone reading this everything they need to know. The house is amazing - great scenery all around, and the inside has everything you could possibly need while also maintaining a minimalist vibe (i.e. not at all cluttered, plenty of space). It's exactly like the pictures. Since we were there in early November, it was quite cold outside, but with electric heaters and a fireplace, it was plenty warm inside. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including gorgeous hiking trails. There are also a number of good restaurants in the area. To anyone looking at this listing and considering booking the place, go for it! The house really is a gem in the Bieszczady Mountains.

If someone needs the internet, it's not available . Wi-fi is a bit of a blizzard. And the rest is in the best order. The cottage is surrounded by buildings, which the photos do not show. The stay was very successful despite the difficulties.

Beautiful place, decor of the cottage beautifully polished (stay during the holiday season added charm). The quiet neighborhood provided a lot of privacy. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Despite the small size, each of us had a comfortable place to sleep, and we arrived quite a lot of crew:) for which we are so grateful! Great contact with the owners.

It's hard to find the right words to say that staying in this home and in these circumstances of nature was beyond my expectations and my family. The house is equipped from A to Z. Everything is as described. The most needed equipment turned out to be the washer. In the pluses, there are very comfortable beds that fall asleep very quickly, but also get up rested. The house has a pleasant temperature on hot days. For teenagers, but also for us adults, it was fun to have a large area around the house with beautiful grass, where we played many games. Plus, this incredible peace and quiet that allowed us to relax and get away from everyday life, school, and work. Relaxation like we didn't get on earlier trips to the mountains. Beautiful surroundings, starting with the morning dew on the grass, the quiet sound of leaves in the trees, the concerts of the wild horses, and the starry skies. I recommend and am jealous of everyone who will be staying here.

The Alpacas are great! The view from the terrace is incredible! Fireplace, firewood, firewood, sofa.. Everything is very convenient. Equipped with everything you need. There is a forest where you can walk. We were together, very calm and cozy. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful, quiet place outside and inside. Cottage cozy, atmospheric, very clean with new equipment. The fenced-in plot allowed our dog to be released freely. We had a patio, a cozy gazebo with a hammock, a swing and a dining table, a swimming pool, a mini playground. Very kind and attentive hosts showed us places to visit in the area, encouraged us to walk and use bicycles for free. If someone wants to take a break from the stresses of everyday life, the hustle and bustle of the city and all the sounds of civilization, I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Dominik's apartment for two nights and were very happy because we felt at home. Dominik is friendly, contactable, and has a very kind attitude to guests, and Kiwi the female dog is a lovely and calm pet :) The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped. Towels and linens were clean and fresh. A big plus is the garden and a short distance to two shops. For us, it was a starting point for short trips (it takes just a few minutes to get to the spa in Wapienno, and a dozen to Gorlice).

Great family stay with very young children. There were plysiers activities on the site, of exceptional beauty, and also activities nearby. Very pretty surrounding villages and landscapes. The accommodation had a lot of character, was very spacious and very convenient with children. I would recommend it in a second.

Wonderful place. 🤩 The house, the pool, and the hot tub are fantastic. Beautiful garden with fish in the pond. Peace, quiet. The place looks even better in person than in the photos! I recommend it with a clear conscience!

In all our travels, we can confidently say that this is the nicest house we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were captivated by its undeniable charm and warmth. What truly sets this place apart is the incredibly relaxing atmosphere it exudes - a bath overlooking the lush forest, spending countless hours sitting in front of the fireplace, the kitchen, with its matching style and color appliances, not only offers modern convenience but also adds an element of elegance to the overall aesthetic. Additionally, the outdoor spaces provided ample opportunities to soak in the natural beauty that surrounded us. With a BBQ available, we relished in the joy of outdoor cooking while breathing in the fresh forest air. There were plenty of cozy seating areas where we could unwind, sip a cup of coffee, and simply enjoy. In conclusion, we cannot recommend this house enough. It exceeded our expectation in every possible way!

Very nice location, there is a stream near, around the forest. Nice cottages with lots of atmospheric touches, equipped with everything you need. The starry sky makes an amazing impression. Here you can experience all the charm of the Bieszczady Mountains.

Very clean place, great place to relax, there is a place for fire and barbecue, which is a big plus, I recommend.

Joanna is very kind and understanding. There were no communication issues. Warm cottage, beautiful views of the river. All kitchen utensils, bedding and towels provided. We are thinking of returning during warm days for kayaking. From this area you can walk to many places and enjoy the views and nature.

Ms. Ewa the golden woman! Wonderful place! You could really relax! Around everything you need, fire pit, trampoline, porch properly landscaped. The nearest trail is a 5-minute walk away!

the owner (and his mom!) are very helpful and kind! Pictures do not make the justice. Surrounding forest and valley look so much more beautiful than we expected and more beautiful than shown. House has 4 separate bedrooms and plenty of beds for a large family (or even 2 families). House is at the end of the road so it is very private and quiet. Definitely recommend it. Great get away from today's world of technology as it does not have even one TV (but that's so much better!).

Very charming place at the end of the road. An old house, beautifully renovated, surrounded by forest. A great place to calm down and feel the idyllic atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and cominical. I can highly recommend it.
