The 100m2 house, for the exclusive use of guests (max 8 people), is located 500 meters from the Bug. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered porch with an area of 20m2. At the top of the mezzanine with 3 sleeping areas (bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The home is comfortable for 2 families.

Barn by the Biebrza River

A modern barn located in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park, in the Natura 2000 area, near the Biebrza River. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can admire nature here without leaving the house. Thanks to the glazing of the entire facade (18 m), a "living image" is observed - a 24-hour spectacle of nature. Depending on the season, you can follow the Biebrza floodplain, the flight of geese and cranes, the feeding grounds of beavers, the hunting of falcons, the fox, the walk of the elk, the goat and many other animals from the couch/bathtub/bed.

Our cottage is located on the very old town, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful views. Staying in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city bustle. The cottage is located in the center of the Bialowieza National Park, where you can easily meet a moose, hear geese and the croaking of frogs During the stay, guests have at their disposal the entire cottage, a fairly large terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. Our cottage is a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. Great for retreats, couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups, and pets.

In the area, forests, meadows, Liwiec, Bug and kayaking on them, old cemeteries, nature reserves, historic villages of Urle, Kamieńczyk.
