This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.
