The bungalow is air-conditioned, equipped with TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Towels and linens provided. Outside, a kitchenette with a gas fire, some utensils and basic products are available. Our house is located a few meters from the bungalow. We respect the calm and privacy of guests who can appeal to us at any time. The area is quiet, on thepeninsula of La Roche Percée, between sea and river. Beaches, water sports, walks and discoveries of the surroundings (Turtle Bay, Domaine de Gouaro Deva and Poé Beach). The bungalow is 8 km from the village of Bourail, the beach of La Roche Percée is indicated, at the entrance of the house there is a sign "The Bungalow". Parking is available.

Our house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 5 people ( including children over 6 years old). There are 3 sleeping areas: 1 bedroom with a 180 bed, a 140 bed on the mezzanine and two single mattresses on another mezzanine. It has 2 Wc, a heated outdoor shower and another indoor and a full kitchen. The little extras are the BBQ, the Fire Corner, 2 kayaks , a good internet speed (+ netflix),the large covered terrace and the access to the lagoon on foot.

Charming villa located in rural areas, 5-7 minutes from the beaches of La Roche Percée and Poé and Domaine de Déva (hikes) and 15 minutes from the village. High on a hill, it benefits from the sea wind and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and the sky. Quiet and serene place (no parties please). House not suitable for children or pets. Note: the rate for 2 people includes only one room. Possibility of renting the 2nd bedroom with a supplement.

A barbecue and an outdoor terrace complete the amenities. The basic rate is €104 for 2 people and free for 1 child if under 12. A surcharge of €21 per night applies for each additional person with a maximum of 2 additional people

Come and enjoy lush nature in this air-conditioned F2 cottage with all amenities. TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, gas stove, convection oven), iron, linens and towels provided, hair dryer, BBQ area.
