This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

A self-contained private studio suite with a queen size bed, bespoke ensuite, kitchenette and lounge/daybed. Access is easy via off-street parking and a charming boardwalk leading to a sunny courtyard. Located just five minutes by car (3km) from the beautiful beaches of Coolum and close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and scenic coastal walks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Private Poolside Villa less than a 1km from the Beach and 400 meters to Mount Coolum hike, situated in the green seaside suburb of Mount Coolum. Your own private pool in a newly renovated villa with full kitchen, living area + outdoor alfresco with Weber BBQ. We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

A detached self contained unit 1 bedroom with king bed . A sofa bed is available for a 3rd guest on request $40 per night. Linen provided. It has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, air con throughout, ceiling fans, smart tv. 400 metres walk to beach, and a short walk to supermarket, cafes and mount coolum national park. Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Shops, great cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute drive. Noosa is 30 minutes. Private entry with small yard and secure off street parking. WIFI and netflix.The bed is king sized and comfortable. The kitchenette has bar fridge, kettle and toaster. Only organic and eco-friendly cleaning products used.

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
