Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Modern, secure building in a great neighborhood. Lap pool is exceptional, 40m long and kept safe with something other than chlorine. Under 3 blocks to the Sevilla Metro on the newly refurbished Line 1. Easy walks to Parque España and Parque México, moderate to Chapultepec and the Anthropology Museum. Apartment is great for two, a studio where the bathroom is big enough to include closet space and, basically, a dressing room. WiFi is good, water pressure too! No oven, but you have a strong microwave and a two-burner electric stove. Fridge is small, but we managed a month just fine.

La verdad el apartamento es súper recomendado, Nando siempre estuve pendiente para resolver mis dudas, el lugar está en un localización Excelente. Definitivamente voy a buscar quedarme la próxima vez q visite la ciudad de México.

es un alojamiento que tiene una excelente ubicación, tiene de frente la vista del parque de la alameda, aun costado el palacio de bellas artes, avenida Juárez, céntrico , barrio chino, zócalo entre otros lugares. todo bello en las mañanas y mejor en la noche.

Beautiful, efficient and well situated. Gaby and Jaime’s home was a great base during our week long stay in Mexico City. There’s plenty to do in the area and the property is very secured.

Matilde is a great hostess, very friendly, communicated well in English, greeted us when we arrived at night. The place was clean, comfortable and walkable to the main street. I highly recommend staying in this studio, relaxing on the hammock. If you have sensitive hearing, bring your air plugs. looking forward to another trip to Mexico to city and staying in this comfortable studio.

Fuimos de viaje de puente a CDMX y el lugar fue genial porque todo nos quedó cerca. El departamento tiene todo funcional, limpio, cómodo y las personas que cuidan en el lobby, siempre están atentas, amables y de buen humor. La comunicación con los dueños siempre fue muy rápida. Los recomendaremos con nuestros familiares. :)

Great studio to kick back after exploring the city. Walkable to several nice areas. Felt safe with doorman and being up on sixth floor. Please note, no AC in unit and might be loud for some as freeway is nearby.

Cozy, clean apartment in a great centrally located neighborhood. Great communication from the host, we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a beautiful building above a charming and popular cafe, Cafe Nin. The entrance to the apartment is gated, and there was a very kind and helpful door person there most of the day and night monitoring the entrance. It’s in the Juárez neighborhood which is easily accessible to many landmarks and museums. It’s a cute neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes, and it’s also right next to two other very walkable and popular neighborhoods, La Condesa and Roma. We would happily stay here again, thank you for the hospitality Rosario!

El alojamiento fue muy agradable, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Ubicado en una zona donde se pueden realizar diversas actividades. Todo fue excelente, desde nuestra llegada.

It was a lovely stay. Alfonso was very accommodating and quick to respond. Very comfortable and the courtyard of the home is beautiful! Worth the stay.

What a delightful stay! The apartment has a small bedroom with a very confortable bed and a little working desk. Nicely equipped kitchen (the essentials) and a bathroom with a nice shower. The best part is the big terrace full of plants, flowers and colors. The apartment is at a walking distance from a big supermarket where you can find all you need (good quality prepared food) and only 10 minutes walking to center of Coyoacán. Do try the tamales shop at the corner of the street. I was welcomed by beautiful Mina with open arms and a big heart. Always there for help or advice. She made me feel at home. We had the best chats and her Margheritas are the top! I highly recommend this place!

Excelente locación, cerca de la Puerta 6 a la entrada del Estadio GNP. Lugar limpio, de fácil acceso y buena comunicación con el anfitrión

Durante la estancia necesitábamos ir al super o algún detalle en la noche, y cerca del departamento, a media cuadra, está un oxxo 24 horas y un super en parque delta. el metro y metro bus está muy cerca igual. Estamos cerca del viaducto y en el departamento nunca tuvimos molestias de ruido a mitad de la madrugada. Un detalle muy lindo es cuando usamos la alexa qué está disponible en el loft, pusimos jazz en la mañana mientras nos alistabamos para salir y eso fue muy agradable.

Un hermoso lugar, que al entrar desaparece todo el ruido del exterior. El lugar muy limpio y un perfecto espacio para alojarse, al igual que una excelente atención

Desde nuestra llegada Angeles nos recibió muy amablemente. Nos permitió guardar las maletas antes del check-in y nos dio buenas recomendaciones para salir a comer y caminar. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Metrobús, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra movilidad. El alojamiento es pequeño, pero tal como se describe en el anuncio, y en general quedamos muy satisfechos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Lo recomendamos mucho.
