Bird Song was custom built to ensure maximum comfort in a quaint space. It feels secluded/private and is bordered by a stream which is a tributary to the River Camel. The woodlands in the valley provide the perfect backdrop view. The surrounding area attracts an abundance of bird and wildlife. It truly is the perfect escape from it all. It seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, bars and above all the Camel trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow.
“Damon's place is really special. It's beautifully decorated with some very thoughtful touches. All mod-cons are in there and you can't really want for anything. It's in a lovely, secluded place at the end of their garden with a stream running behind it and a field full of flowers and trees. You feel as if you're the only ones there! We were lucky enough to have a couple of dry nights to make use of the fab fire pit too. We didn't really see Damon as we were all doing our own thing, but he was on email if we needed anything at all. Location wise I'd say it's fantastic. Padstow is 5mils away and you can rent a bike and go along the Camel Trail to get to it. It's also a great central location to get to lots of other beaches and areas of Northern Cornwall. The town itself has everything you need for the everyday. Lots of little shops as well as a couple of supermarkets if you want to go fully DIY on the food front. I'd highly recommend it to anyone whether you're going to Cornwall for surfing or just to have a break and enjoy the fresh air.”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay with Mark and Lele. They are outstanding hosts, so very welcoming and kind. It was like staying with friends. Their house is delightful and so incredibly well located for local amenities. Our room was very comfortable with a fantastic private bathroom and even a private lounge to chill out. We had breakfast in their lovely conservatory overlooking the garden- it was all perfect. We had a really fabulous holiday at Mark and Lele’s - thank you both so much for your kindness!”
A warm welcome from us (and our dog Woody) await you in our cosy old terraced house, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wadebridge. Slate floors, beamed ceilings, quaint rooms and a pretty garden, your own shower room, along with a comfy bed/s and good wifi. There's plenty of shared space downstairs - a garden room, sitting room, dining room, and large kitchen you are welcome to use.
“What a super experience. I've stayed in many Airbnbs before but this was the first time I'd shared spare in the owner's property. Myself and my daughter felt really relaxed and comfortable to be in Kim and Guy's home. They are thoughtful and friendly hosts and we made use of the kitchen and a sitting room as well as our own separate space. Woody 's attentions made it all the more special (with lots of encouragement from us). We were very happy with all the facilities. Especially good was the 'extra' little room between the bedroom and shower room, with drinks facilities and a little chest fridge and just more space for our stuff. The breakfasts were lovely too, always with fresh fruit. The location is a positive too - very close to shops and eateries, with nice walks and a view nearby. I would heartily recommend...”
