Avar, suure kaminasaaliga palkmaja Tartus, Lõunakeskuse taga, mis mahutab kuni 35 külalist, ööbimine max 18 inimesele. Täisvalmiduses köök koos lauanõude ja muu vajaliku inventariga. Muusikakeskus/ressiiver koos 4 kõlariga laes, võimalik kasutada full HD projektorit video edastamiseks seinale. Tasuta WIFI ja saunakasutamise võimalus. Õues on maakivist välikamin ja grillimisvannid, varjualused pinkidega, sportimiseks kasutada rannavõrkpalliväljak, lastele kiik ja suur liivakast.

See eriline majutuskoht (endine Karlova mõisa kärnerimaja) asub 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel kesklinnast, restoranidest ja kaubanduskeskustest. Majas asub keldrikorrusel massaažisalong ning kaks ülemiast korrust on majutuseks. Toad sobivad ööbimiseks kuni kahele inimesele, neljale inimesele on võimalik broneerida terve II korrus. See katusetuba sobib eriti hästi noortele romantikutele.

Studio with balcony and garden view

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Kahekorruseline maja looduskaunis vaikses kohas. Üleval lahtikäiv diivan 2 magamiskohta. All 2 voodit 2+1 magamiskohta. Lapsed saavad õues kasutada mänguväljakut, batuuti ja mängumaja. Olemas on grillimis võimalus(süsi võta ise kaasa). Majutus asub Lennumuuseumi ja Lange kardirajast paari kilomeetri kaugusel. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas. Kokkuleppel võimalik rentida ka peoruumina.
