It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Our place is great for couples with a dog that loves to play on the beach! Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, 'The Jam Shed' is a unique, cosy, converted farm building located down a long wooded driveway. Surrounded by woodland and garden it's the perfect retreat. A haven for wildlife, The Jam Shed has buzzards constantly circling overhead, herons and wild ducks often visit the pond, the hedgerows and meadow are teaming with bees and butterflies and even the occasional deer passes by.
