A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

What a lovely lovely house for a quick or long stay. Beautiful apartment decorated so nicely and extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and very welcoming and answered the phone very quickly to any problems. Definitely recommend :)

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

We booked very last minute when our holiday abroad fell through and loved St Ives and our stay! The flat has everything you need and is only a short walk into town (even if coming back is a bit of a workout). We were blessed with glorious weather and the kids even went sea swimming in April 😁Alison was helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great apartment. We were 3 adults, had plenty of room. Two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage. You can unpack your suitcases. Top notch appliances, excellent bathroom. A number of pubs within easy walking distance that do food. We ate at a small place called Tilt, really enjoyed the food. The address is Ebrington Street, but set your navigation for the small cobbled Hill Street, where the apartment entrance is located. Parking is right outside the external door to the building. If mobility is an issue this place is probably not for you. Steep stairs to get up to the first floor.

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

We had a wonderful time at Liz & Dave’s place. The apartment is clean & spacious, the views are spectacular, comfortable bedding, lovely layout for a family. We made great use of the spa facilities & board games when the weather was wet. Location excellent. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again!

Great, comfy and clean space. Used as a weekend hub to explore Cornwall and was perfect for us. Walking distance to Falmouth and Pendennis point was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more! Flat was modern and to a very high standard.

We had a lovely few days over Xmas and new year the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed with a teenager toddler and dog . The location was fab and close to the town and beaches and my teenager and I loved popping down for a swim and gym every evening !

Apartment was easy to find, and is a short walk into the town centre and the beach. Allocated carparking was handy, and the allocated time slots to book the use of the pool meant we had exclusive use, which was really great. Gym facilities are basic, but a nice to have! Overall, really great stay.

Last visited a couple of years ago, the place hasn't changed and is ideal for me with access to Porthkerris for diving only a 10 minute drive away. Also only a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of St Keverne with pubs and a shop. Great hosts, were around when I arrived and were always available should there have been any issues, which there weren't. No doubt we will be back again on the future.

A really nice lodge in a great location. We visited with family, including a 2 year old and the place was ideal for a short break to see the area. The living room area is well equipped with games, DVD's etc and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. The site itself has a great pub and the indoor pool is also pretty large for such a small site (quite shallow but still ok to swim properly in). Communication with Tom was also good prior to arrival. Recommended

Fabulous time at Kate and Simon’s. Lovely house in a great location. All amenities you might need to make the stay homely (even managed to successfully cook an Easter roast dinner in the kitchen). Messages beforehand were informative about the local area and very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Added treats on arrival were greatly appreciated. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the extra touches.

Definitely recommend a stay here... there were 4 of us,, plenty of space inside.. never got to use the deck due to the weather... Bar down the road is great too Awesome hosts who made sure we had everything we need

Great place, we felt very comfortable.

Overall the house was really nice and the stay was pleasant. However the only thing which I would recommend the host to consider is to provide at least bare minimal basic amenities in the house for the guests e.g. refreshments,extra blankets.

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.
