There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

No 7 is just 200 metres from the beach and is the perfect base in this magnificent part of North Cornwall. The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
