A lakeside cottage, a charming retreat surrounded by nature. The highlight is the balcony with a hot tub and lake view. The private bathroom has a gas-heated shower. Farm and complete house located 5.8 km (10 minutes) from Pomerode Zoo and the main attractions and 1.8 km from the beginning of the Wine Route. Property with pond, trampoline, foosball, pool table, swing, outdoor fireplace and plenty of room for your family, fully fenced property. On the second floor, you will find the apartment with two queen beds, wardrobes, kitchen, wood stove, hammock, sofa and TV. The bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
