The sunny balcony (8 m2) is equipped with an awning to protect not only from the sun's rays but also from pigeons when enjoying the space.

You will love my space, it's brand new and the interior has been completely remodeled, besides it stays at the heart of the city centre, so you are able to walk towards parks, gardens, restaurants, bars, stores and the city's main attractions. You will adore the cosy bed, the special lighting and the kitchen My space is great for couples, individual adventures, business travel, and families (with children).
