The property dates back to the 18th century and is located on top of the prestigious hill of San Cornelio, whose archaeological area is one of the 28 Symbolic Places of Peace in the World according to Unesco. The apartment features fine furniture, paintings and drawings dating back to the 18th century, crystal chandeliers, Murano glass lamps and various curious objects. The property is only a 5 minute drive from the city center.

A 12 km da Arezzo, delizioso monolocale arredato con cura al piano terra di un casale in pietra tipico toscano di inizio novecento. Circondato dal bosco e con vista su un borgo, il casale si trova in posizione collinare all'interno di un'ampia proprietà di 5 ettari. Attraverso un sentiero immerso nel bosco con una piacevole passeggiata si può raggiungere il torrente che scorre nella valle. Fino a fine luglio circa (a seconda degli anni) si può fare un bagno in una piccola pozza naturale.
