Private portion of an apartment (24 m² / 260 ft²) with independent entrance. Spacious and elegant room with air conditioning and a large marble bathroom (no kitchen). Very quiet and peaceful, overlooking a private garden. Just 15 minutes by bus from Santa Maria Novella central station and 5 minutes by bus (or 20 minutes on foot) from Ponte Vecchio. The cosy and modernly furnished apt is located in a quiet and beautiful building within the Oltrarno neighborhood (famous for art workshops and bars) and is very close to all the most famous monuments. Great location to enjoy the best of Florence. The apt is at the third floor (considering the ground floor as the first floor) and there is no elevator.
