Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new carpets throughout. Stair basket for shoes at entrance (semi detached so please respect neighbours) Warm welcome to families with children, get away for couples or retreat for someone on business, travel/work. This is the perfect apartment for a family holiday at the seaside as it is just 2 minutes to the beach! This property boasts a massive private garden and 2 off-road car parking spaces. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with king size beds and 1 kids room with bunk beds. The fully fitted living room also has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and clean and also contains a washing machine. There is one large modern family bathroom. This property is just a 5 minute walk from rick stein restaurant!

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV.
