This is a cozy little Appartment with a wonderful seaview. The place has its own parking and own entrance, self checkin service. It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Lys og romslig kjellerleilighet i et rolig og familievennlig nabolag på toppen av Borgeåsen, et av de fineste boligområdene i Grenland. Med skogen som nærmeste nabo har man flotte turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, uten trafikk, støy eller sjenanse. Det er gratis parkering på gårdsplassen og kort vei til nærmeste matbutikk og apotek. Fullt utstyrt med blant annet komplett kjøkken, bad med vaskemaskin, trådløst internett, stor 85'' 4K smart-TV og velutstyrt treningsrom tilgjengelig.

Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

På hverdagene går det buss hvert 10 minutt i rushtid og hver 30 minutt ellers. både til Skien og Porsgrunn. Leiligheten er nyrenovert i 2020 og holder god standard. Trådløst internett og fibernett. Det er ønskelig at gjester som reiser med barn tar kontakt i forkant av bestilling.
