Newly refurbished, fully furnished one-room studio with a separate entrance and blackout curtains, four minutes to the city centre and seven minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful area with parking. Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long-term rentals, there is a reservation regarding electricity. Subletting is not permitted under any circumstance, and will result in termination of the rental agreement with immediate effect. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

Cosy cabin in a child-friendly environment with its own private beach. The cabin is situated in a sheltered location next to the main house where we live. There are two rooms in the cabin. A room with a kitchen/living room and a loft with space for two, and a bedroom with two bunk beds, with space for four. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, a freezer and a cooker. Bathroom has a shower and toilet wash. There is a road to the cabin and parking. The property enjoys excellent sun exposure. On the beach, there is sun all day, and beautiful evening sun until the sun goes down.

Bright and cozy tiny house (Annex) in the heart of Porsgrunn . Short distance from Porsgrunn train station and the buy center (Downtown )and Porsgrunn city center and USN . Short distance to the hospital Porsgrunn. is easily accessible ,with 3 min walk to the nearest (M3) bus stop . Parking space right outside . Bedroom with a bed, which can be expanded to a double bed, and a sofa. There is an air mattress and an extra mattress in the closet if there are more than two people. By appointment. Possibility of early and late check-in/check-out.

Cottage with fantastic views, approximately 2 hours from Oslo. Three bedrooms in the cottage and an annexe with space for two more beds. Opportunities to enjoy all meals in the sun, with dining areas on both sides. A large plot that allows you to enjoy the summer to the full, including a covered dining area overlooking the sea. There are plenty of seating areas, as well as a barbecue, sun loungers and deckchairs. Brønnstadbukta bathing area just down one hill (approx. 300 m). Unfortunately, the hot tub is broken. Pets not allowed due to allergies.

Pleasant guest house on a lovely sunny courtyard in scenic surroundings. Here you can wake up to peace and quiet and birdsong. Great hiking areas just outside the door. The guest house contains 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. There is a log cabin in the courtyard that can be used by appointment. It contains a fireplace, long table and chairs. We also have a cozy lean-to with a fireplace. We have our own dogs in the yard, so your own animals can only be brought by appointment.

Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Shared access to private beach 2-3 min walk Hope you will enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. . The house is centrally located and well equipped. Free parking at premises.

Two great beaches are only 250 m away, so the bathing opportunities are many and easily accessible.

The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.

Enjoy it from the living room, kitchen, main bedroom, or the spacious covered terrace. The cabin is secluded and private, with ample open space towards the sea and a large pier (approximately 15sqm) belonging to the cabin, which can be freely used to enjoy the sunset or crab fishing.
