A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

Summit House. Best Kenton view Secure power/water

"Summit House" is a big holiday home with spectacular 180 degree sea and river views. Its a 50m walk to the beach and lagoon of the Bushmans River in Kenton on Sea on the E Cape's sunshine coast, and a 5 min drive to the Kariga river lagoon and beach Its an hour's drive to the Addo elephant park and 15 mins to 2 big 5 reserves. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Independent, romantic, self-catering cottage for two in a quiet area, short stroll to the beach/lagoon, shops and restaurants. At Pura Vida listen to the sound of the sea as you fall asleep and wake up to beautiful birdsong. Linen and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and smart tv. A baby cot is available.
