The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)

Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.

Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer.
