The apartment has three more balconies and features a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, an intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, taking a paddle board course, playing with your children in the sand, running along the shores of the Mediterranean or simply enjoying the neighbourhood's varied cuisine. Apartment 🏠 rules We'd like to welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbours' peace and quiet: please avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10 pm. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave early, please leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. If you lose your keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or additional bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a mandatory fee of €10.45 per person (over 16 years old) per night, up to 7 nights, to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm.
