This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€6.25 per person/per night) IS INCLUDED in the nightly price.

Nice renewed apartament with WiFi (HUTB - 004893)

Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood, located between Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6,25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.

In the Eixample of Barcelona, next to Plaza España. Perfect for families and trade fair visitors. 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, full equiped kitchen. Lightfull flat with a little terrace, quiet, and absolutely well comunicated. Elevator (entrance 69cm wide). 4 minutes walking to the metro station ( 3 lines) and many buses. Parking available for 14€/day. We do not rent the flat to groups of more than 3 who are not a family. Ask us about our special rates for long stays.
