'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

My place"The Terrace" is in the Morton bay area and is close to the biggest Marina in the southern Hemisphere 10 min to Ship yards, Chandler sports velodrome, swimming, Belmont rifle range 4 minutes to Wynnum Golf Club, shops Restaurants public transport, Brisbane airport (15 min) my place is quite and so close to everything with comfy beds for business travelers families couples and big groups. Easy Access to both Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast via the M 1 Motorway a short 5 minute drive.
