Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

The house is ideal for communal as well as solo time with its 200 sqm, as well as outdoor nooks.

Close to train station, supermarket and nature. 10 km to Copenhagen city center, 3 km to beach but we have a pool in the garden (season).
