Holiday rentals with beach access in Port of San Jose

the house is very nice, both Ana the host and the girl who received us had an excellent service.

I really loved the place. I thought it was a perfect place to vacation. I highly recommend going. The only thing is that the restaurant that is there is not very good in my opinion so I suggest it is better to bring your own food for more comfort.

Excellent! Everything is very good, just that it should be longer the stay. The hours should be from 2:00 pm to 12:00 pm the next day

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

It was very quiet, a beautiful place to visit as a family. People are very friendly. Super recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and you’re a stones throw from the beach! Nicely nestled away from some of the beach clubs as well so you don’t have as much noise at night. Caitlin and Hugo were wonderfully responsive. Particularly as we experienced a number of power surges throughout our stay. I would happily stay again!

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! If you see this review, 10/10 this place for your vacation in Monterrico 👍🏻

Everything was excellent, a family and quiet place we had a great time with all my family.

The place is really very beautiful. We would definitely come back with my family. They were delighted. In the condominium there are swimming pools and a path to the private beach. 100% recommended

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space. My family and I loved it. If you like to enjoy the good rest near the sea, this apartment is the one indicated. As indicated in the Airbnb instructions and information. I would 💯 definitely come back.

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.
