Holiday rentals in Port Shepstone Beach

Our stay at this beautiful seaside accommodation felt just like being in our own holiday home. The views were absolutely breathtaking—watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was truly magical. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable, yet gave us all the privacy we could want. It was peaceful and quiet—we hardly knew they were there. The short walk to the beach with our son was a highlight and added to the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. This is a place we’ll definitely return to—it’s everything a coastal escape should be.

The Beach House was everything I hoped it to be. Spacious enough for a comfortable family gathering for a special occasion! The sunrise view from the Beach House on a clear morning is something dreams are made of and out of a picture book. The dolphins put on a show on the last day which then meant all the boxes for this holiday were ticked! The pool and lapa in a protected area an added alternative and bonus. Thank you for a dream week away... I hope to be back again in the future!

WOW! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Bilkees has set the bar extremely high😍 We walked in to a beautiful, thoughtful welcome basket. The accommodation was neat and clean. Tasteful, beachy decor. Everything was is perfect working condition. Extra towels, extra cleaning products for dishwasher and washing machine. Massive bed in main bedroom, super comfortable. Woke up to a beautiful sea view every day. It was so calm and peaceful. We took a short walk to the fishing pier and the beach. Checkers Sixty60 deliveres, so we didn't need to go to the grocery store. I was grateful for the stairs because I completely over-ate at all the amazing restaurants in the area. Secure parking. Additional personal touches we loved: Beach towels, beach bag, dart board, gas braai, board games, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella... everything you need for a great beach holiday. ELIM, Kaja vir Baja is a haven. It is a beautiful place to live and enjoy nature from the stoep. Birdlife in abundance and the sound of the waves. Walking distance from the beach and safe for dogs. Even with 3 geriatric parents, there were no shortcomings. My only problem was that I I had to leave🤗

Our family of six enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Vicki's place. The house had everything we needed, the view was amazing (dolphins, whales, birds), Vicki was always responsive, and the three minute walk to the beach directly down from the house was perfect. It's a 10 minute beach walk down to the official Umzumbe Beach with its lifeguards/amenities/surfers. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We saw joggers and people walking their dogs, and we always felt quite safe. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We utilized Regina the helper one day and she was great. As we're not used to setting/disarming alarms, we struggled a bit with the alarm system, but we eventually got the hang of it. We experienced load shedding one evening, but with the propane/gas oven and all of the candles plus large flashlights available, this was actually enjoyable. We plan to return!

We had an amazing stay at this well-equipped house that is in the most fantastic location right on the beach. A beautiful verandah and garden to watch the birds and listen to the sea. Theresa looked after us so well and Gillian was a very friendly and responsive host. Thank you for a superb stay!

Great value for money, great location quick walk to the main beach and local shops restaurants / shops. Fred probably the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. Jacuzzi is a winner and the unit is spotless. Thanks Fred, we’ll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Carinya Cottage. David and Heather are excellent hosts and made us feel right at home. They are very helpful and accommodative in our needs. We were a group of 12 people but the house is spacious enough to comfortable enjoy. It had all the needed amenities and more which made it extra special. The area is peaceful, surrounded with beautiful nature and Kidds beach was a winner. Thank you Heather and David for the enjoyable stay! We hope to visit again.

The place was absolutely stunning. The view of the beach and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was amazing. Very neat and clean and my furr babies also enjoyed their stay.
