“Carry & Zak’s place was just idyllic. Although the weather wasn’t excellent, we often caught a rare bit of early morning sunshine, made a cup of tea and took it down the steps out of the garden and onto the beach for our morning cuppa. Carry’s photos (although lovely) don’t do the place justice, it is brilliantly clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a few days stay. All the kitchen utensils you would need, fresh towels and beach towels. Zak even made a fresh loaf for our arrival, along with milk in the fridge, free range eggs and a jar of homemade marmalade. The local village is small but quaint, the local pub was closed but a pop up pub was open in the village hall just on the beach serving food and drinks with a real community feel. Nearly every day we took off in the SW Coastal path which is around 5 steps away out of the garden and boasts incredible views (even in the rain!). Carry recommended we visit the Greenhouse restaurant in St Keverne (book in advance!) which was excellent. We couldn’t recommend the place more and will definitely be back next summer.”
A recently converted former milking parlour in a quiet, rural area, close to the Helford River and sandy beaches of the Lizard peninsula. The accommodation has 1 double bedroom, walk-in wet room, open plan living area/kitchen and private courtyard with outside furniture.
“Really nice quiet locale with good nearby access to supermarkets, pubs and great walks. Little Bojorrow has everything you need to self-cater in style and is clean and neat throughout. The internet (Wi-Fi) worked well with download speeds up to 30Mb/sec and a daily download limit of about 1GB. We brought some movies with us on our tablet for evening viewing, and this combo worked really well. A wonderful combination for outdoors and indoors activities.”
My place is close to the beaches and great views of The Atlantic in the north and the sea in the south. There are restaurants and dining and art and culture in nearby towns of Falmouth and St Ives. It's an unique area where you can discover old Cornish mining sites. You’ll love my place because of the views and the space in my garden. The cottage is cosy and full of light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids.
“We really enjoyed our stay at the Garden View cottage. Nom is a fantastic host. She did everything she could for us to feel at home. Her cottage is well equipped, clean and really lovely. And so is the garden! We recommend this place warmly and would love to come back for another trip to Cornwall.”
