The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.

This newly refurbished, modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment can accomodate 4 guests, it comes fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with doors leading outside on to a small patio. The kitchen has everything you need, including all white goods. There is a dining table which seats 4, the living area has 2 large leather sofas a TV and electric fire.
